Ourlume support
Find answers to common questions about Ourlume, your private content, purchases, and troubleshooting. If you still need help, contact Miche Ventures directly.
Ourlume purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. For billing, refunds, Family Sharing, or download history, use Apple’s purchase-support tools. Miche Ventures does not receive your full payment-card information.
Ourlume Version 1 is designed to store question responses, journal entries, and private notes locally on your device. Miche Ventures does not keep a server copy and cannot recover locally deleted content.
Use the in-app Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Ourlume Data control to erase locally stored Ourlume content. Uninstalling the app generally removes its local data, subject to Apple backup and restoration behavior.
You can manage Ourlume reminders in your device’s notification settings. Ourlume is designed to use local reminders and avoid placing sensitive relationship details in notification text.
Because private content is stored locally, moving to a new device or restoring from a backup may affect whether your Ourlume content transfers. Keep your device and Apple account protected and review your backup settings before replacing or resetting a device.
Email tim@micheventures.com. Include your device model, iOS version, Ourlume version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include private journal entries, responses, or other sensitive relationship content.
Ourlume is developed and supported by Miche Ventures LLC in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
